Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of Korea, consumers may withdraw from a contract within 7 days from the date of receiving goods or services, even for reasons of simple change of mind. Accordingly, if no points have been used within 7 days of purchase, the payment can be canceled immediately.
